WARRANTY COVERAGE

The Factory warrants to the Buyer that the Hovercraft will be free from any defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of six (6) consecutive months from the delivery date or fifty (50) operating hours (whichever comes first) for private owners; and for commercial use owners, three (3) consecutive months from the delivery date or twenty five (25) operating hours (whichever comes first).
 

TERMS

A deposit of 50% of the purchase price including freight, import duties and applicable taxes is required upon order. Balance is due upon shipment from the factory in NZ.  Ten percent of the deposit is non-refundable, and after production has begun the entire deposit becomes non-refundable.
